The Dr. Charles W. Donaldson Summer Bridge Academy (SBA) occurred June 7- June 27, 2015. 28 students from around the state gathered at UALR to bypass remedial math. Some also needed remedial reading and writing. Once again, the results were phenomenal. Student leaders, Kalan Horton, Jonathan Bobo and, Laura Montalvan were highly instrumental in the success of the program. Eddie Boles, Melissa Hardeman, and Rebecca Streett served as math instructors at UALR with the coordination efforts of Kalan Horton. Jonathan Bobo served as summer bridge coordinator.

Reading-12/13 92%
Math- 27/28 96%
English-16/16 100%
The program saved around $41,250 in pre-core classes if each class cost around $750 for the combined group of participants.
