Effective immediately, the VCFA’s signature is no longer required on Special Meeting Forms and they do NOT need to be routed through Finance and Administration. The final approver on Special Meeting Forms will now be the department vice chancellor and once he or she has signed, the Special Meeting Form may be routed according to current procedures.
ORSP will still need to approve the Special Meeting Form prior to the department vice chancellor when grant or contract funds are being expended.
