A Metro Trail A Day Visits Movement Monday!

Join us for a 30-minute accompanied lunchtime stroll around the beautiful UA-Little Rock campus! We will meet at the DSC main entrance at noon. Visit with students and colleagues while starting your week with a healthy activity! If it rains, we will meet at the same place, then go to the indoor track of the Fitness and Aquatics Center. This is a drop-in event, with no registration required.
