Community Night of Coding

The CSforAR Team in partnership with the UALR STEM Education Center, UALR Computer Science, and UALR Information Science departments invite you to a Community Night of Coding on Tuesday, December 4th, from 5:00-8:00 pm, in the EIT building on the UA Little Rock Campus.

Computer science opens more doors than any other discipline. Learning the basics will help students in any career—from architecture to zoology. 71% of all US jobs require digital skills. And high-skilled computing occupations are the fastest-growingbest-paying, and now the largest sector of all new wages in the US.

The Science of Computer Science
VR and AR demo
Teachers can earn 1-3 hours of professional development by participating in the hour of code and other activities
