Dr. Tina Goldstein will discuss common sleep difficulties and review studies that support associations between sleep and a range of mental health outcomes including anxiety, depression, substance use, and suicidal thoughts and behaviors. We will explore ways that sleep difficulties may affect outcomes, and describe approaches to improve sleep health.
