Small Business Strategies for Success
August 16, 2021 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Monday, repeating until August 16, 2021
Small business entrepreneurs of color fail at an alarming rate because of multiple variables, but specifically because of the owner’s inability to understand business systems. Business systems are designed to connect all of an organization’s intricate parts and interrelated steps to work together for the achievement of the business success. When we apply defined principles and practices to systems and processes, we can deliver value to our customers, build a trusting culture, sustain our businesses, and create jobs for our community.
This virtual three-part series is designed for small business owners of color looking to start their business on a strong foundation and for existing small business owners seeking to improve systems in an existing business. Dr. Mario Wallace, President, All Things Strategic will provide information on key business systems, the roles these systems play in day-to-day interactions, and methods for using these systems to design your business to create consistency, efficiency, and stellar customer service.
Upon completion of this workshop you will:
- Understand the framework of your industry
- Market, acquire, retain, and upsell to your ideal customer
- Build and optimize a business operation to increase value for your customers
- Use a budget to make optimal financial business decisions
- Foster a trusting and performance-driver culture
