“Universal University” Accessibility Practices and Universal Design For Learning

This training will provide an introduction to Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles. UDL is an approach to curriculum design that focuses on creating course content and activities that are accessible to all students, regardless of their background or learning needs. Participants in the training will learn how to apply UDL principles to their course design, explore strategies for adapting course materials to meet the needs of diverse learners, and discuss best practices for creating a learning environment that supports student success. Participants will leave the training with a comprehensive understanding of UDL principles and the ability to create accessible and engaging learning experiences for all students.
