FAQ’s

Why is the Campus Campaign so important?

Contributions from faculty and staff provide funding for programs, departments and scholarships at UALR.  Equally as important is the strong message this appeal sends to those outside the University, announcing to alumni, friends, corporations, foundations, and community partners that we are Leading the Way and that UALR truly is an institution worthy of support.

Can I designate my gift?

Yes! You can designate your gift to any University or Foundation Account. For a listing of accounts, please contact the Office of Development at 569-3194.

Will my gift remain confidential?

Yes! The Office of Development maintains strict confidentiality rules regarding all gifts made to the University; however, the office does publish an Honor Roll of Donors each year. Donors who give $100 or more to the University in a calendar year are listed in the publication unless they specifically request the gift to remain anonymous.

What are the payment options?

There are several ways to make a gift:

  1. Check made payable to the UALR Foundation. Of course, cash works as well!
  2. Payroll deduction or automatic bank draft. Fill out a form for a one-time gift, a monthly gift or a gift that continues until you tell us to stop.
  3. Credit card. Charge your gift to your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. This option is available on the campaign pledge card or can be made online .

Please make sure to enclose your campaign pledge card with the designation of your choice.
