Your Mental Health Matters
College life can be challenging and stressful, but we are here to help you cope with difficult situations. Our goal is to provide an open, supportive, and confidential environment for you to address the issues concerning you.
Our staff encourages students to stop by and talk, even if you’re unsure if counseling is what you need. You don’t have to have a specific problem—just a desire to improve your well-being.
Join us for Movement Mondays 12-12:30 p.m. and Zoom Mindfulness Meditation on Mondays and Thursdays.
