It is the goal of the UALR Department of Public Safety to do everything possible to create an environment where people can feel safe to learn, work, live, and visit. The department is a law enforcement agency dedicated to providing a full range of police services to the campus community 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Emergency Alerts
The emergency messaging system on the UALR campus will provide alerts about crisis situations on campus via e-mail messages and text and audio telephone messages. Sign up to receive alerts. In the event of a campus emergency, the Campus Alert website and the university homepage will provide timely information.
Parking
