Professor Emeritus Mullins organized annual Practical Animal Law seminar

For the 10th year, Professor Emeritus Morell “Gene” Mullins was the main organizer of the 10th Annual Practical Animal Law Continuing Legal Education program. The event was held on Friday, April 6 at the UA Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, and was co-sponsored by the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. There were more than 80 attendees, and the program included a speaker from the national Animal Legal Defense Fund, and five well-known Arkansas attorneys. Proceeds from registrations benefitted The Humane Society of Pulaski County and Central Arkansas Resue Effort (CARE) for Animals.
