Professor Vu-Dinh’s publishes note on the systemic oppression of minorities in the business sector

Vu-Dinh, Kim, Black Livelihoods Matter: Capitalist Myths of Economic Efficiency in Racist Lending Policies (A Prologue and a Plea), 1.1 The Quarterly Report – Houston Business and Tax Law Journal 3 (2021).

In the wake of 2020 protests against systematic oppression of minority groups, the Editorial Board of Houston Business and Tax Law Journal established a quarterly note series featuring pieces illuminating these issues. Professor Vu-Dinh was invited to submit the prologue to her full article by the same name, slated for publication in 2021.
