Professor Rob Steinbuch Cited in Supreme Court Opinion

Professor Rob Steinbuch was recently cited by Justice Clarence Thomas in his concurring opinion in the United Supreme Court’s recent affirmative action case, “Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. vs. President and Fellows of Harvard College”. Justice Thomas cited Professor Steinbuch’s article (with UCLA law professor Richard Sander), “Mismatch and Bar Passage: A School-Specific Analysis” (Oct. 6, 2017).
