If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice believes that all people should be able to decide if, when, and how to create and sustain families with dignity, free from discrimination, coercion, or violence.
If/When/How educates, organizes, and supports law students to ensure that a new generation of advocates will be prepared to protect and advance reproductive rights as basic civil and human rights. Furthermore, promoting a legal system which supports reproductive justice for all takes thoughtful action and strategic activism: acknowledging the intersection of identities, collaborating across disciplines, and working toward a critical transformation of the current legal system.
