Engineering

This doctoral program is designed to provide a collaborative, interdisciplinary framework of graduate studies and research in engineering with exposure to the systems approach. Students will select one of four tracks: systems engineering which focuses on the design and analysis of systems and their architecture; electrical and computer engineering which focuses on embedded systems, robotics, measurement techniques, and digital systems; telecommunications and networking engineering which focuses on communications, mobile networking and protocols; and mechanical and materials engineering which focuses on advanced solid and fluid mechanics, MEMS and microsystems, and vibration analysis.
