Requests for official UA Little Rock academic transcripts can also be submitted online through Parchment Credential Services or in person at the Office of Records and Registration. An $8 fee is required for all official transcript requests. Incomplete requests or requests without payment cannot be processed. Any obligations to the university must be met prior to your transcript request submission. Transcript requests are not refundable, and cannot be canceled.
Once the request has been approved and the transcript has been provided online, it will be available for download up to three times for a window of 17 days. After the 17 days have passed, a new transcript request will need to be submitted and another $8 fee will be assessed.
For online requests, any applicable shipping or special handling fees, per transcript, are required to be paid at the time the request is submitted. For in-person requests, a photo ID is required when picking up both official and unofficial transcripts.
Current and former William H. Bowen School of Law students must make transcript requests through the Law School. The UA Little Rock Office of Records and Registration will not print any coursework from the William H. Bowen School of Law.
Official Request Methods
Current and previous students who have access may request their official transcripts online by going directly through BOSS. This will require your User ID, PIN, university email address, and password. Online transcript requests are fulfilled through our partner vendor, Parchment Credential Services.
To submit your request online go to
BOSS → Secure Login → Enter User ID & PIN → Student Services → Student Records → Request an Official Academic Transcript (UA Little Rock) → Sign in using your university email address → Walk through steps to set up an account → Fill in the required fields and submit the required fees to submit the completed request.
Students that do not remember their BOSS login information can click HERE, to be taken to the Parchment Credential Services self-registration service. At this link, users can create an account with Parchment and order a transcript. This service will also instruct the student to pay for the transcript to complete the process.
This service is available for third parties such as other schools or businesses that have been given signed consent by the student to request their official transcripts.
The process for a third party to request a student’s transcript is to click on the “Third Party Requests” button above, and on the next screen select the “Ordering on Behalf of Someone Else” option. Enter the email for the third party making the request and download the Learner Consent Form. Hit continue, complete the account information, and then place the transcript order.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding third-party transcript requests or need any assistance with one, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A photo ID is required when requesting and/or picking up both official and unofficial transcripts from the Office of Records & Registration. For third-party requests, a written release of authorization from the student must be provided. In-person transcript requests are pick-up only and cannot be mailed or emailed from the university. Payments can be made at the Cashier’s Office on the first floor of the Student Services Center Building.
