Transcript Request

Current Students Former Students Third-Party Requests

Requests for official UA Little Rock academic transcripts can also be submitted online through Parchment Credential Services or in person at the Office of Records and Registration. An $8 fee is required for all official transcript requests. Incomplete requests or requests without payment cannot be processed. Any obligations to the university must be met prior to your transcript request submission. Transcript requests are not refundable, and cannot be canceled.

Once the request has been approved and the transcript has been provided online, it will be available for download up to three times for a window of 17 days. After the 17 days have passed, a new transcript request will need to be submitted and another $8 fee will be assessed.

For online requests, any applicable shipping or special handling fees, per transcript, are required to be paid at the time the request is submitted. For in-person requests, a photo ID is required when picking up both official and unofficial transcripts.

Current and former William H. Bowen School of Law students must make transcript requests through the Law School. The UA Little Rock Office of Records and Registration will not print any coursework from the William H. Bowen School of Law.
