To best support our campus community and join the collective fight against the COVID-19 virus, some UA Little Rock staff are working remotely. The best way to contact us is via email at email@example.com. The Office of Records and Registration team is closely monitoring emails. If there’s an emergency that requires our immediate attention you may also come to the campus and see us in person. We will be located at the second floor in the Donaldson Student Services Center, Ledbetter Hall. When you arrive you may use the Qless link to the right of this page to sign in and be seen. Please wear a mask, and take a look at campus safety information if you plan to see us in-person at ualr.edu/coronavirus.
We want to assure you that even during this time, Records and Registration personnel are committed and available (remotely) to assist students, faculty and staff. Please note: due to the importance of social distancing some services could be slightly delayed.* For example transmission of (receive/send) faxed documents along with mail service items.
Unfortunately, notarized transcripts and diplomas will not be available until further notice.
We appreciate your patience during these unprecedented times and look forward to seeing you on campus again soon.
*If any service and/or process is unavailable during this time, we will prioritize your request as soon as routine operations are resumed on campus.
The Office of Records and Registration acts as a registration resource for students and faculty alike and maintains the official academic records of all UA Little Rock students. The office provides a number of online services to students through their BOSS account, such as: registration, enrollment verification, degree verification and ordering official transcripts. Students can also print a copy of their unofficial transcript through BOSS. If you would like to search for classes, you can do so here: Class Search
