Change My Info

There are two options to change a student’s contact information.

1. Submit a completed and signed Mailing Address Change Request Form to the Office of Records and Registration.

2. The second option is to change the student contact information in Workday Student.

There are two ways for a student to change their legal name for their UA Little Rock Academic Record:

1. Submit a completed Name Change Request Form with two forms of identification to the Office of Records and Registration.
   • For U.S. Residents, two forms of identification are accepted:
     • One Primary: Signed social security card, marriage license, or court order
     • One Secondary: Driver’s license, state-issued photo ID, or Military ID card, with the new legal name.
   • *For non-U.S. residents, acceptable forms of identification include an international passport, visa, or resident alien paperwork or identification card.
   • Submit in Person, by mail, or by email the form with copies of the two requested forms of identification to:

2. Change Legal or Preferred Name in Workday Student.

There are two ways to change a student’s personal information:

1. The first way to change personal information in the UA Little Rock system is to visit the Office of Records and Registration in person at the Donaghey Student Services Center, Room 218.
