Computer and Information Sciences

The computer and information sciences doctoral degree is designed to promote collaborations across several computing disciplines whose bodies of knowledge are interrelated. The degree offers three tracks: computer science, which focuses on application architecture; information science, which focuses on the theory, applications, technologies; and information quality, which focuses on the theory, principles, models, and techniques for maximizing the value of an organization’s information assets. The information quality and information science tracks are offered fully online.
