Anthropology
Anthropology is a great major for students who are drawn to broad, cross-cultural perspectives on the diversity of the human experience. You will explore the lives of people around the world, ranging from contemporary Arkansas to prehistoric Arabia and beyond, using holistic methods such as participant observation, interviews, life histories, archaeological excavations, osteology, and forensics. The program focuses on giving students hands-on authentic experiences which cultivate valuable skills that are useful in many careers.
