UA Little Rock Esports Celebrates 100th Smash Bros. Event

UA Little Rock Esports recently reached a major milestone, hosting its 100th Super Smash Bros. event on campus before the start of the fall semester.

The milestone event brought university players from across the region to campus for competition ahead of their upcoming competitive seasons. For UA Little Rock Esports, it’s another sign of the momentum building around gaming and esports on campus.

But you don’t have to be a competitive esports player to get involved.

UA Little Rock Esports regularly hosts gaming events that give students opportunities to compete, meet other gamers and find a community on campus. Whether you’re an experienced competitor or simply enjoy playing with others, events like these are a chance to get connected.

The team plans to keep that momentum going with another Super Smash Bros. bracket on Friday, Aug. 28, during the first week of the fall semester.
