Let’s start your week on the right foot by moving for 30 minutes. Regular movement (walking, swimming, lifting weights, bike riding, etc.) can improve both your physical and mental health.

One of the easiest ways to get moving is to walk. If you do not want to walk alone, you are welcome to walk with us every Monday at noon for Movement Mondays. We meet in front of the DSC entrance by the UA Little Rock Bookstore every Monday and would love to accompany you for a short walk.
