Veterans Day Ceremony

The Veterans Day Ceremony will take place on the first floor of the auditorium in the Charles W. Donaldson Student Success Center. We are honored to welcome Colonel Erin B. Burns as our guest speaker. Colonel Burns currently serves as Commander of the 189th Mission Support Group at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas Air National Guard, where he leads more than 400 military and civilian personnel supporting global and domestic operations. A proud UA Little Rock alumnus, Colonel Burns earned his Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law and has served in a variety of leadership roles across the Arkansas National Guard. His distinguished career includes deployments to Afghanistan and the United Arab Emirates, and he has received multiple commendations, including the Defense Meritorious Service Medal and the Meritorious Service Medal.
Following the ceremony, lunch will be provided in the Donaghey Student Center’s Trojan Café. Military and veteran students are invited to dine at no cost by checking in at the Military Student Services table located near the Trojan Café.
