Are you interested in learning more about how referrals go through the Care Team and the process of connecting students to resources? Then we welcome you to join us for a hands-on workshop to learn more about the Care Team referral process.
This session is designed to help you confidently support students by covering:
-An overview of the referral process
-How to recognize common indicators that a student may need a referral
-Review best practices for discussing referrals with students.
