How Does It Work?
- Consult: You’ll meet with our Tech Entrepreneur-in-Residence to discuss your AI workforce readiness, capacity, and goals and to determine the scope of your training needs.
- Customize: We’ll build a custom program for your company that matches your timeline, budget, content requirements, and goals. This plan will include an assessment of each participating employee’s AI-readiness.
- Deliver: Our interdisciplinary team of faculty will lead each 1-2 hour training session, which can be delivered online or in person at your facility or at UA Little Rock.
- Debrief: After the training program is complete, we’ll debrief with your team to review outcomes and discuss any additional training needs.
