As we wrap up 2021, please remember to review and update your personal information in Workday using Employee Self-Service (ESS). Human Resources and Payroll utilize this information when sending out important notices throughout the year, such as W-2s, benefit communications, etc., and it is your responsibility to ensure the information is current.
Payroll will begin processing W-2s when we return from the holiday break so it is imperative that any updates be made by December 31. After this date, W2s will be processed with the information on file and mailed to the most current address for those employees who do not elect to receive their W-2s electronically.
Below is a checklist to assist you in closing out 2021:

- Phone numbers
Consent to receive electronic W-2s
- In order to receive your tax documents electronically, a one-time consent is required.
- Complete your consent in ESS.
Tax Status and Withholdings
- Marital Status
- Withhold allowances
