Position Title: Attorney at Law – Co-Counsel Relationship
Attorney at Law Position Summary: Attorneys at The Law Store drive sales by making connections with our clients. You will achieve your territory specific sales goals as established by our organization, while providing a consistent and exceptional customer service experience for every client and potential client. Represent clients in a variety of cases such as parking tickets, moving violations, reckless driving, suspended licenses, driving without insurance or registration, and drunk driving offenses. Provide legal representation and advice to individuals who are accused of traffic violations.
Gather the necessary information and evidence to build viable cases. Minimize the fines/points related to tickets or get the charges dropped. Important to note that this Attorney may be asked to handle issues related to several different practice areas of law.
Key Requirements
Although we are looking for a general practitioner of law, you must have experience serving clients a minimum of two years in two or more of the following traffic areas:
- Speeding offenses
- Driving under the influence (DUI)
- Reckless driving
- Driving without a license
- Driving with a suspended license
- Moving violations
- Parking tickets
Essential Duties
- Customer Service: Attorney serves as the primary contact with the client, responsible for initial consultations, follow up communications, court scheduling and appearances, client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales: Attorney is responsible for monitoring and meeting store sales goals and consultations, facilitating promotional offers, initiates, coordinates, and hosts community outreach events and promotions.
- Legal : Attorney provides legal representation and advice to individuals who are accused of traffic violations.
Experience & Education:
JD – Doctor of Jurisprudence
Traffic Law and Technology experience a plus
Required license or certification – Passed and Active Bar in State You Reside
