Associate Dean Cain argued a case before the Supreme Court of Arkansas

On October 12, 2017, Associate Dean Cain argued a capital murder and aggravated robbery case before the Supreme Court of Arkansas as part of the Court’s “Appeals on Wheels” program. The Court traveled to Fayetteville, Arkansas and held oral argument at Fayetteville High School. Nearly 1,000 people attended the argument.
