Professor Sullivan lectured to Forensic Fellows at Arkansas State Hospital

Professor Sullivan lectured for the UAMS Department of Psychiatry Forensic Didactics program on the various issues arising in capital prosecutions on which expert forensic testimony may be relevant, including issues relating to fitness for trial and execution and substantive issues relative to the imposition of a death sentence.
