Professor Sullivan testified as a defense expert witness in Gay v. State

Professor Sullivan testified as an expert witness called by the defense in Randy William Gay v. State of Arkansas on December 6-7th, 2018, in Garland County Circuit Court.  He testified concerning his findings and opinion that trial counsel’s performance in the sentencing of this capital defendant–who was sentenced to death–was ineffective.
