Associate Dean Terry is the lead author of a new book on assessment in legal education

Terry, Kelly, and Gerald Hess, Emily Grant, Sandra Simpson. Assessment of Teaching and Learning: A Comprehensive Guidebook for Law Schools. Carolina Academic Press (2021).

This book discusses every aspect of assessment in legal education from the broad topics of creating a culture of assessment and the institutional assessment process to the more specific topics of assessing student learning at the course and program levels and assessing teaching effectiveness.
