On April 23, 2021, Professor Browe-Olson presented to attorneys, DHS and CASA staff and volunteers and others who work with the Jefferson County Safe Babies Court team. Professor Browe-Olson discussed how the SBCT works and how the collaboration at facilitated Family Team Meetings help move children to permanency in a timely manner.
