Arkansas Federal Credit Union Opens Campus Branch
The Arkansas Federal Credit Union is operating a full-service office on the first floor of Stabler all with an exterior entrance on the south side of the Donaghey Student Center’s plaza. The office opened this summer and has been offering all services of the credit union, including taking opens a new full-service branch on the UALR campus this week on the north side of Stabler Hall – Suite 110 – and grand opening celebration with contests and give-aways going on during Welcome Week. The branch is the 10th location for the credit union. The UALR branch will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and members will be able to access the branch even when Stabler Hall is closed. The new UALR branch is a full service AFCU location capable of opening new accounts and taking loan applications and is equipped with free Internet access on two 24-inch iMac computers, a 42-inch high definition LCD television for keeping up with headline news, and a free coffee bar.
