Middle East Film Festival Offers Cinematic Tours to Region
UALR’s Middle Eastern Studies will present an opportunity to visit the Middle East through film at the four-day UALR Middle Eastern Film Festival beginning today. The Feb. 25 to 28 festival will offer a wide variety of feature films and documentaries featuring the people and country of Algeria, Israel, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, Yemen, Iran, and more. All films will be shown between 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Room A of the Donaghey Student Center. The festival is free and open to the public.
