UALR’s spring semester opens Jan. 18, but registration for classes is already under way.

A handy pocket guide to the spring semester, published by the Office of Records and Registration, offers a quick look at deadlines and important dates from admissions to final exams.

Early registration began Monday, Dec. 6, and will continue until 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 7.
Regular registration opens at Monday morning, Jan. 10, and ends at 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 14. Entering freshmen must be registered by this time.

For others, late registration is permitted from Monday, Jan. 18, to 4 p.m. Monday, Jan. 24, but late fees will be charged. No registration or schedule adjustments will be allowed after this time. Students wishing to drop a class during the late registration period must obtain a withdrawal from Records and Registration in order to receive a grade of “W.”

Students can go online to apply for admission, check on financial aid, make payments, and register for classes. Computers are available in the lobby of Administration South. More information is available at the UALR Registration webpage.
