Ruth Craw, director of the Center for Public Collaboration in the UALR’s Institute of Government, is retiring after 22 years of service to the university.

A reception to bid her farewell is scheduled for 2 to 3:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 21, at the sixth floor reception area in Ross Hall.
