The UALR basketball teams will close out their regular season this weekend while the baseball team is just getting started. With recent victories for all three teams, now is the time to check out some games and support the Trojans.

After both of their wins over Arkansas State on Saturday, March 2, the men’s and women’s basketball teams will head south to Hot Springs for the Sun Belt Conference Tournament.

The women will play the winner of the South Alabama/Troy game at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 9, in the Summit Arena Court.

The men will go up against FIU later that day at 6 p.m. in the Convention Center Court.

Individual game tickets can be purchased at the door for $15. Tickets are $1 for children age 17 and under. Tickets to all sessions are $100 and can be purchased by calling 565-UALR.

The baseball team, meanwhile, has won seven of their last eight games, with four consecutive victories.

Their 11-3 win over Western Illinois gives them momentum as they get ready to play three games against Arkansas State starting Friday, March 15.
