UALR’s Fall 2013 Commencement will be held Saturday, Dec. 14, in two ceremonies, at 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. at the Jack Stephens Center.

Each semester leading up to commencement, stories of exceptional soon-to-be graduates emerge from across campus.

This past spring, a mother and her daughter both participated in commencement as graduates, a young woman earned her biology degree after a 17-year hiatus, and another graduate became the only UALR student accepted to UAMS with two non-science undergraduate degrees.

In order to capture stories such as these mentioned, the Office of Communications is seeking stories about soon-to-be graduates.
