Bowen School of Law holds Open House

The UALR William H. Bowen School of Law will host a free open house for prospective students on Tuesday, Nov. 11., beginning in Stern Gallery. The schedule is as follows: 5-5:45 p.m. Check in, eat and mingle with faculty, staff, alumni, and students 5:50-6 p.m. Dean’s welcome 6-6:40 p.m. “Why Bowen?” Panelists will share why Bowen provides an excellent education 6:40-7:15 p.m. Present and past members of the Bowen Admissions Committee will share their individual views on what makes an application for admission strong, mediocre, or weak. 7:25-9:25 p.m.* Optional observation of evening division Tort Law class. *Class breaks after first hour; open house attendees may leave at that time Students are requested to RSVP at [email protected] or by calling 501.324.9903.
