Members of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s sustainability committee invite the campus to reduce its carbon footprint the week of Oct. 19-23.

Numerous vendors will be present for Sustainability Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, at the Donaghey Student Center Ledbetter Rooms A-C.

On Friday, the campus is invited to view the movie “Fed Up” from noon to 2 p.m. in the Donaghey Student Center.

Activities that were scheduled earlier in the week included a Coleman Creek clean-up (Oct. 19); an effort to recycle plastic bags and make reusable bags from T-shirts (Oct. 20); and garden day (Oct. 21).
