When Candice Hunter Corby was in her junior year at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, her successful internship at BKD CPAs and Advisors in Little Rock helped launch her financial career.

The Heartland Foundation has provided a $1,000 check to support UALR’s Suicide Prevention and Campus Mental Health Foundation.

As the Thanksgiving holiday approaches, now is the perfect time for members of the UALR Campus Campaign steering committee to say “thank you” to those who pledged financial support or gave in-kind gifts to the annual campaign.

Philip and Deborah Palludan have established a scholarship, now named the Katherine and Ryan Palludan Memorial Endowed Award, to provide assistance to UALR students for the purchase of textbooks in honor of their children.
