The Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas today unanimously accepted UA System President Dr. Donald R. Bobbitt’s recommendation to name Christina Drale, Ph.D., chancellor of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

University of Arkansas at Little Rock Chancellor Dr. Andrew Rogerson today announced that he will step down from the position, effective Sept. 1, after three years serving in the role.

As Chancellor Andrew Rogerson welcomed faculty and staff to a new academic year at UA Little Rock during the Faculty and Staff Convocation on Aug. 16, he updated the campus community on the state of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. 

UA Little Rock Chancellor Andrew Rogerson has appointed Bob Denman to serve as interim athletic director for UA Little Rock Athletics while a national search is conducted for a new director.
