Bowen Law professor appointed Vice Chair of Commission On Civil Rights Committee
Robert Steinbuch, a University of Arkansas at Little Rock law professor, will serve as vice chair of the Arkansas advisory committee of a federal organization dedicated to advancing civil rights through investigation, research, and analysis.
