COSMOS Researchers Win Best Paper Award for Research into Australian Blogosphere

UA Little Rock researchers at the Collaboratorium for Social Media and Online Behavioral Studies (COSMOS) received the Best Paper Award for the paper, “Developing Situational Awareness from Blogosphere: An Australian Case Study,” from the 11th International Conference on Social Media Technologies, Communication, and Informatics held in Barcelona, Spain.

Social Media Expert Nitin Agarwal to be featured in Jan. 29 Arkansas Research Alliance talk

Dr. Nitin Agarwal, Jerry L. Maulden-Entergy endowed chair and distinguished professor of information science and director of the Collaboratorium for Social Media and Online Behavioral Studies (COSMOS) at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, will be featured in a Jan. 29 discussion of science and discovery with the Arkansas Research Alliance (ARA). 

UA Little Rock makes COSMOS a designated research center

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock Collaboratorium for Social Media and Online Behavioral Studies (COSMOS) Lab has received approval from the Arkansas Division of Higher Education (ADHE) to become an established research center on campus.
