University of Arkansas at Little Rock juniors George Scanlon and Justin Warren have been named Division I Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholars for the 2017-18 season by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA).

Sabrina Bonanno, a recent graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and four-year veteran of the Trojans Women’s Golf Team, has been playing golf for as long as she can remember. 

University of Arkansas at Little Rock head soccer coach Mark Foster has announced the 2018 soccer schedule, a slate which includes some challenging non-conference foes for the Trojans as well as a strong home schedule with nine matches being played at the Coleman Sports and Recreation Complex. 

University of Arkansas at Little Rock Athletics has announced the addition of Tyson Baldwin as the Trojans’ director of athletic development, overseeing the fundraising efforts for Little Rock Athletics. 

For the 10th consecutive semester, University of Arkansas at Little Rock swimming and diving team has been named a Scholar All-America Team by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA). 

As the hot summer months begin, a number of Trojan baseball players are keeping busy playing in summer leagues across the country. These leagues have served as a crucial part of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s player development. 

For their efforts at the 2018 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, University of Arkansas at Little Rock student-athletes Keshawn Andrews, Ch’kilas Calhoun, Travion Clark, and Charles Okeze were named Second Team All-Americans by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) on June 11.

A historic season came to an end for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s men’s outdoor track team at the 2018 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships June 6 at the University of Oregon. 

Recently graduated University of Arkansas at Little Rock pitcher Justin Garcia added one more accolade to his impressive resume, becoming the latest Trojan to be drafted by a Major League Baseball program. Garcia was selected by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 17th round, becoming the 24th player in program history selected by an MLB franchise. 

University of Arkansas at Little Rock head basketball coach Darrell Walker has announced the addition of Matt Wise to the Trojan basketball staff. Wise will serve as an assistant coach for Little Rock with an emphasis on player development.
