Little Rock Trojans

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock will host the fifth annual Hoops for Kids Sake at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, in the UA Little Rock Jack Stephens Center. 

Saturday, Dec. 3 will officially be Little Rock Trojans Day.

The eighth annual SpectacUALR raised more than $228,000 for student-athletes at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock Trojans men’s basketball team has been picked to finish second in a preseason vote among the coaches, while senior guard Marcus Johnson Jr. was voted to the Preseason First Team All-Sun Belt.

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s eighth annual SpectacUALR will honor Greg and Marilyn Brown Thursday, Oct. 13. 

The summer academic semester was another chance for Trojan student-athletes at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock to shine, as they posted a combined 3.06 grade point average over the summer semester.

Former Trojan distance runner Natasha Wodak ran a season best in the 10K at the 2016 Olympics on Friday, Aug. 12, taking 22nd place in 31:53.14.

A University of Arkansas at Little Rock alumnae will compete in the 2016 Olympics, making her the second Trojan in UALR history to take part in the Olympics.

Trojans senior defender Hali Long earned a spot on the Philippines national soccer team.
