Maddie Becker

UA Little Rock is highlighting some of its outstanding transfer students in celebration of National Transfer Student Week, Oct. 18-22. Maddie Becker is a senior mass communication major and intern at KUAR who transferred to UA Little Rock from ASU Beebe.

Norvell Thomas first made a go at earning his college degree in the mid-1980s in northern Illinois. Now, the Kankakee, Illinois, native and nursing major is ready to complete his college career at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
