The University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s Reach 13,000 Food Drive will begin on Constitution Day.

Donate blood at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Staff Senate Blood Drive on Monday, March 14, and you will have a chance to win one of seven delicious pies in celebration of Pi Day.

Nominations are being accepted for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock 2016 Staff Achievement Awards until Tuesday, March 15.

The Staff Senate recognized employees for years of service, retirees, UALR staff graduates, and achievement awards on Wednesday, April 15.

UALR faculty, staff, and students are invited to help out the American Red Cross by participating in the final blood drive of the spring semester. Reservations are encouraged using the sponsor code UALR at redcrossblood.org.

In countless ways, the employees and students at UALR help out one another, the surrounding neighborhoods, and central Arkansas. One way is through the regular blood drives held on campus.

A kickball tournament will kick-off the annual food drive, Reach 13,000, on Sunday. The campaign is lead by students and teams can sign up now.

The university honored its employees at the annual UALR Staff Senate Awards ceremony Wed., April 17.

Bring five non-perishable food items to the Donaghey Student Center’s Diamond Cafe from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 1, and receive a free meal from Sodexo and benefit the Reach 13,000 food drive.

Time is running out to bid in the Staff Senate Helping Hands Project Online Auction. The bidding ends at 3 p.m. Thursday at the UALR Staff Fall Open House on the Donaghey Student Center Upper Concourse.
