University of Arkansas at Little Rock Chancellor Christy Drale has named George Lee, current senior associate athletic director and CFO, as the new athletic director for the UA Little Rock Trojans.

Meet the Trojans Day set for Oct. 15

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock will host its annual Meet the Trojans event on Tuesday, Oct. 15, at the Jack Stephens Center. The event will once again serve as an opportunity for those who ordered basketball season tickets prior to the Sept. 9 deadline to pick up their ticket packages.

Trojans earn Sun Belt Academic Honors for 2018-19

Nearly 100 UA Little Rock student-athletes have been recognized for their academic success during the 2018-19 year, with 64 student-athletes named to the 2018-19 Sun Belt Commissioner’s List while 35 others picked up Academic Honor Roll recognition.

University of Arkansas at Little Rock basketball fans will have an opportunity to get an early look at the 2019-20 Trojan squad when Little Rock takes on Arkansas in a charity exhibition on Sunday, Oct. 20. The game will be played at Bud Walton Arena in Fayetteville, tipping at 3 p.m.

UA Little Rock announces 2019-20 women’s golf schedule

Little Rock head women’s golf coach Jenna Wylie has released the Trojans 2019-20 schedule as she begins her first season at the helm. Little Rock’s schedule includes 10 events, spanning seven different states, including the Trojans’ annual host tournament in Hot Springs Village.

Conque steps down as vice chancellor, director of athletics

Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Chasse Conque today announced his resignation from Little Rock Athletics. Conque will depart Little Rock later this month to assume the role of vice president and director of athletics at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in Edinburg, Texas.

Olympian Alan Webb joins UA Little Rock coaching staff

An Olympian and American-record holder in the mile and high school mile, Alan Webb, has joined the University of Arkansas at Little Rock staff as an associate head cross country and assistant track coach going into the 2019-20 season.

Trojans announce 2019-20 men’s basketball Sun Belt schedule

The Sun Belt Conference has released the 2019-20 conference slate with Little Rock’s Sun Belt schedule set for the upcoming season. Little Rock, along with the rest of the conference, will play 20 league games this season, split between 10 road contests and 10 games at the Jack Stephens Center.
