UA Little Rock to Celebrate Spring Semester with Welcome Week
The University of Arkansas at Little Rock will welcome its new and returning students with a week of fun activities and events to kick start the spring 2024 semester.
The new semester begins Tuesday, Jan. 16, and students will have plenty of Welcome Week activities to choose from through Friday, Jan. 19.
The daily events are as follows:
Tuesday, Jan. 16
· Maroon Madness Paint Night, 4-6 p.m., DSC Upper Concourse
Wednesday, Jan. 17
· Registered Student Organization and Department Fair, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., DSC Upper Concourse
· Meet the Greeks, 6-8 p.m., DSC Ledbetter Hall
Thursday, Jan. 18
· How to Keep Your Academic Resolutions for the New Semester, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., DSC Lower Concourse
· Trivia Competition, 2-3 p.m., Ottenheimer Library 535
· Vision Board Party, 4-6 p.m., DSC Ledbetter Hall
Friday, Jan. 19
· Hanging with the Greeks, 6-8 p.m., Campus Living Commons
